Contemporary bathroom with two levels by Arent & Pyke. Photo by Tom Ferguson

If a bathroom is that big so as to have two different levels inside then I'm sold. Now, if this particular bathroom combines hardwood floors with terrazzo, marble and hexagonal tiles, ceiling high linen curtains, a minimalistic freestanding bathtub and a black frame glass shower door then we are talking serious business here. And this, ladies and gentlemen, is the ingenious work of Arent & Pyke. Enjoy!

  1. I wonder if this was a tactic to tile just the wet areas and keep the wooden floorboards bare. Love it!
