I've been meaning to take a few shots from our terrace to share on the blog all the way from the beginning of summer but then again I never got (made) the time for that. In most occasions (read: all the time) our terrace serves as a playroom for our boy so you can probably guess the number of toys and mess that covers the space. A happy place indeed ;) Not a place for relaxation and much needed grown up time on the other side. The unexpected and sudden drop of temperature the last few days got me longing for some silent nights out there, under the city starry sky (the awnings go up at nightfall), with good company, candlelights and a glass of red wine. It was a great timing, for that matter, when I received my order from India May Home, a gorgeous online store stacking on scandinavian inspired bohemian and ethnic homeware. The candleholder is just about to be lit, the super soft sheepsking transforms the wooden sofa into a cozy nook and the black brass tray, here holding some favorite props, is most helpful to keep glasses and other serveware in place. Really looking forward to putting this plan into action tonight ^^
