The wedding

So, here's what's been going on for the last couple of weeks around here ;) Our wedding took place in a beautiful traditional cretan village right outside Heraklion and everything went by smoothly and beautifully. It was more like a feast for friends and family than a formal event, which made us feel completely relaxed and able to enjoy each and every moment of it. I never thought I'd say that (I'm not much of a wedding/party girl) but I wish it lasted for a few more days. Just to absorb the sensation and grasp the idea. Ha, well I guess, I'd have the rest of my life for that! 

Anyway, right after our wedding we got away for a mini honeymoon to our favorite southern destination, Lentas, where we did nothing more that gaze at the sea horizon, swim and sleep. Total (and much needed) relaxation!

Now, first day back at home, with tons of unanswered emails (so sorry about that), to-dos and laundry. We're doing some home redecorations, as well, so everything looks like a mess over here, but we are still utterly excited to start over our new life together in an updated environment. Can't wait for all those things to follow!
