First thing that came into my mind when I bumped into El Carligto is, wow, this place is definitely bringing its inhabitants closer to a soul balanced way of living. I know this is just a wild guess but, after you see the following photos, will most probably agree with me. El Carligto is a complex of two holiday country houses in the heart of the Andalucian mountains in Southern Spain. The traditional rural architecture combined with modern facilities, the clever design of outdoor spaces with the thick pergola shadows and the utter embrace of the natural surroundings create a modern hacienda one can spend blissfully serene hours in.
It is the warm Meditteranean climate that makes you spend almost the entire day outdoors and the owners of El Carligto are well aware of that.
Built- in elements and furniture, stucco and terra-cotta tiles, small openings and handmade folklorik textiles are some of the Spanish characteristics that were incorporated in the design of the place.
El Carligto Estates can sleep up to 14 guests in bedrooms and facilities that are split amongst the two houses. Sound like an ideal vacation for a group of friends or an extended family, don't you agree?
