Let's talk about lustworthy living rooms with a country style elegance one can't easily ignore. To be quite frank, these rooms I'm showing you today are mostly defined by their architecture (
which definitely leaves me speechless) but with a few strategic additions I bet any space can feel the same rustic glamour up to some point.

High-ceiling and a symmetry with a centered vintage fireplace,
white sofas and tufted
ottomans serving as as coffee tables,
lantern pendants combined with contemporary mini pendants, and a patina dining table to die for. Play with slim accents to highlight the height of the room, like floor lamps, accent tables with thin legs and
tall candlesticks.

An unexpected crystal
chandelier creates a beautiful contradiction with the impressive extra large stone fireplace. The pastel, folkloric patterns, the hand woven textiles and the
basket for the logs add up to the subtle rustic essence. I love the two-tone flokati rugs on the floor but it seems I just can't find them anywhere on the net (you can still try a
neutral white one).

A statement blue velvet armchair draws the attention and looks perfectly balanced with the rough floor planks and the
jute rug. Pay attention to the mix and match of the accent tables; a
rustic coffee table, a classic
round dining table, a carved
console table and a modern side table all get along like bliss in the same space.

A fresh take of the country style is created by the use of textured items like the
rattan armchairs and ottoman, a large seagrass rug and the overall beige stucco walls and some more simple forms like the white window shades, the large neutral sofa and the plain wood and iron
coffee table. The floral patters on the
pillows and throw make me feel at ease with this room.

Oh my! Just lock me in there and I'd never leave. A refined rustic place like the ones pictured above secretly make me think life would be more beautiful and problems could be easily written on an old piece of paper from the grandmother's "sountouki" and tossed into the fireplace to be forever vanished. I like all your tips and it is worth trying to recreate the feeling, even if you don't have that sublime architecture as a helpful basis.
