Its is the 1st of October today and the early fall attitude calls for some chic indoors. I'm not lying, I was first drawn to this apartment by its lighting; that subtle, ambient daylight that softens everything it touches and creates the familiar, inviting atmosphere perfectly fit for a house to call home.
At a second look, however, I realized that this place has a lot more to give than that. An elegant mixture of modern and classical accents (check the two opposing bookcases!), the interior glass dividers, the amazing tile floors, the shades of blue-grays on a neutral canvas (with some delicate red touches here and there) and, of course, the great choice of pendant lights. Definitely a place I'd love to spend a few days in!

ReplyDeleteI always wanted a library with a ladder. Though, these days it would be more for show — as much as I thought I could never give up real books, I can't deny the ease + portability of e-readers!
