We finally got to make the bookshelf we talked about in the Paradissi residence for ages.
There was a need to cut the main room into two parts; the living room and the dining room/workspace and we decided that the best way to do so was to use a divider that it will be practical and won't reduce the light flow in the room. So it was a bookcase that would do the trick. We wanted it to be light and airy so that it won't clutter the space, easy to make and on a budget (tough times, that is). I'm proud to admit that we hit 3 on 3! It's nothing much, but it sure does wonders to the place.
And that crafted ship by B. is now in its deserving position, right on the top and most visible shelf ;)
Images by me.
Beautiful and so simple with the timber, white sails of the ship and your indoor plants. Perfect! F x
