Manhattan Loft

Friday, September 23, 2011

Snapshots of Inez van Lamsweerde and Vinoodh Matadin’s loft in Manhattan, designed by Simrel Achenbach of Descience Laboratories. Ceilings that reach the sky, bookcases complementing those high walls and a successful blending of simple, contemporary forms with a boho, artsy touch that brings the expected excitement to the abode of the two, at least as exciting, artists. Can't seem to take my eyes of that white bookartcase and those ample, playful knots of the all around pine shelvings. Oh yeah, I could live there too..

  1. I agree - could certainly live there and that 'art-case' is a brilliant idea!
