Mondays are always hard to like, even harder now that we are in the heart of summer. After a beautiful weekend, with friends getting married and wild thyme to keep company during the long drives to the divine beaches, now I try to gather up my mind and catch up with the work. Best remedy to do so is an iced coffee and a bowl full of fresh fruit, to get all the energy needed. I wouldn't mind spending some time in the kitchen making ice cream, however, if my kitchen was as sunlit and spacious as the above.
