A small cottage in Patmos Island

Monday, May 30, 2011

Located in one of the most sacred Aegean islands, Patmos, this small cottage is the epitome of humbleness and modesty. Architect Katerina Tsigarida has managed to keep its original aspects of a seasonal, country abode, used as a shelter for the people harvesting the grape yards around it. Just the perfect sanctuary, in utter connection to its surroundings, lit by the ample mediterranean sun light.

  6. That looks like a very lovely place. Time seems to pass by slowly there. Patmos Island will be a great place to retire.
