Winter lime

Monday, January 10, 2011

Lime green is considered by many to be a cold color, as it brings into our minds the sour and cool taste of the fruit. I couldn't agree more about that but it would be a pity not to give it one more chance to prove its adaptability, right? Don't you think the above images are well-suited for a winter scene? What I mostly like about them is how, in each case, lime is bringing out the roughness of the concrete and softens its grey tone.
