It is no secret that Stadshem is full of welcoming apartments from all around Sweden with that distinct scandinavian decor we just love to love. Today's tour is one such apartment, a casually decorated one that fully takes advantage of its little space with simple touches, cozy corners to spend time and practical storage solutions. I love the mix and match of furnishings; a blend of mid century modern with vintage findings and industrial touches. There is a masculine character to this apartment that I love. I might be the statement black wall, the dark wood of the furniture or even the geometrical patterns on the textiles and artworks.
Love this teal lamp on the old crate, used as a side table. The black wall background enhances the masculine atmosphere.
This olive tin can used as a planter has to be my favorite item in this apartment. It reminds me of the old mediterranean village yards that are crammed with those. Looks equally cool in a town apartment, don't you agree?
I have a thing for window seats (well, who doesn't). This one is too good to miss, a perfect spot for the morning coffee in this tiny but bright kitchen!
