My dearest friends, how are you?
We're off to a 3 day weekend here in Greece and I couldn't be more happy about it! It seems that Orthodox and Catholics have a big time gap between Easters this year so, while most of you are almost there, dying your eggs and such, we still haven't event got into Lent. Which is why we're having this long weekend now ;).
This Sunday is the last day of the carnival season which means eating a lot of meat, wearing fun costumes and partying on the streets. Call me a weird old lady but I'm not a party animal type, I prefer to spend these days with family and a few close friends (just eating that meat I mentioned before ;).
And, as Murphy's law calls, after a working week of sun and warm spring temperatures we're probably going to have rain this weekend. Pity.
What are your plans for the weekend? xoxo
