The above photo is taken by my man and is actually, as it says, the view from my Paradissi. I have never mentioned it before, but the name of my blog is after a really hearted place of mine called Paradissi. It is located in southern Crete, right outside my village (a small village on the mountains called Melampes) and it's a very beautiful and powerful spot on earth (I am not objective, I love my roots a little too much..) This mountain in the photo is called Kedros and during wintertime the clouds run over it like a huge, eternal wave creating the most amazing view.
There, I said it. Hope you can visit our land someday, it is most definitely worth it!

ReplyDeleteI stumbled upon your blog and started reading it. Loving what I see!
ReplyDeletenice! i'll be on Crete in 2 weeks. can't wait to see it all & to see how my little girl will like it... nice blog, Eleni.
