It might be dark and moody (no wonder, this loft belongs to horror movie director Marcus Nispel) but definitely breathtaking and majestic. And with a high amount of a mysterious vibe in the atmosphere. I wouldn't have any objections living in a loft with great brick walls, bookcases that reach the sky and an indoor pool on the groundfloor.

    Very very cool brick + bookcases, and I love those file cabinets! But wouldn't want to have to clean the pool, lol!
