Specht Harpman have managed to make the most out of this 3 storey apartment in the heart of the East Village, NY. Large windows to bring plenty of sun rays inside, sleek wooden cabinets to hide all the unnecessary out of sight and bright colors to make the rooms seem bigger. Definitely looks functional but it's elegance and style would be more than enough for me, I must admit.
